SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen courier. Estimated delivery time:

Metro Manila: 2–4 business days

Visayas & Mindanao: 5–7 business days
Please note that delivery delays may occur during peak seasons or due to courier issues.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. You may track your parcel through the courier’s official tracking page.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details will be shouldered by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, delays or loss are beyond our control. We will assist in coordinating with the courier, but replacements or refunds will follow courier investigation results.
